Afterglow is a virtual 6-week support group designed to support new moms navigating the emotional, mental, and identity shifts that come with the postpartum journey. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, or just looking to connect with others who understand, you belong here.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Simple tools and practices to help ease overwhelm, worry, and emotional ups and downs in early motherhood

  • Validation and connection in a safe, judgment-free space

  • Support with identity changes and relationship shifts

  • Mindfulness, self-compassion, and grounding practices

  • Facilitated by a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health

About Danielle

Danielle is a licensed therapist who specializes in supporting individuals and groups navigating postpartum depression, trauma, and eating disorders by creating a safe, non-judgmental space grounded in trust and connection. No matter where someone is in their journey, her goal is to meet them with compassion, attunement, and the belief that healing is possible.
